Trim Canoe Club

Congratulations to the Swimfest team from Trim Canoe Club who came third in the Canoe Polo tournament  Division 3 in Killaloe this weekend. They were narrowly beaten into the final by a team from the Galway club. Their sucess was particularly impressive as six out of the eight team members are new to the game and all put in great debuts. Newbie Mark Rafferty shone in goal for the team with old hands Richie Murphy and Ryan Kenny putting in strong performances.
